financing mechanism for commercial energy efficiency projects through a voluntary assessment on property tax bills.

Climate Conversations : creating opportunities to openly and respectfully share observations and perspectives related to climate change; to develop ways of talking about climate change and related issues that are less divisive and political and more unifying and practical; to explore practical solutions and available resources. To date we have hosted over 25 of these discussions, engaging over 800 people.
Faith Efficiencies: An energy audit, remediation and education program, funded by Energize Delaware, geared to faith communities throughout the state. The program includes virtual home energy presentations for members to help them lower their energy costs, increase comfort, create healthier indoor environments…and protect the planet
Windows of Hope: Energy-saving window inserts made by community members for community members; promoting a range of energy efficiency and cost-saving measures, green jobs opportunities, and healthier environments…building community. DeIPL was recently awarded an $80,000+ Empowerment Grant, funded by the Exelon Merger, to expand its Windows program in Wilmington
Sacred Grounds: Expanding on National Wildlife Federation’s program, creating wildlife habitats and outdoor sanctuaries; linking faith practices and caring for the environment. https://www.nwf.org/sacredgrounds.
